The second session of the meeting started with an opening prayer by Rev. Abraham C. Prakash, former Vicar of the St. Peter's CSI Congregation Kuwait. Mr. Cyriac George, Convener of the event welcomed the guest and participants. The meeting was presided by Very Rev. T.I. George former Vicar of the St. Peter's CSI Congregation, Kuwait. The Presiding Bishop of Madhya Kerala Diocese, Rt. Rev. Thomas Samuel inaugurated the meeting. In his inaugural address he said much possibilities were awaited for this fellowship and the Diocese will give its full support for it whether for missionary works like Charkari Mission, charity and any development or spiritual work.

The key note address was given by Rt. Rev. Dr. Sam Mathew, former Bishop of the CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese. In his address he stressed the importance of full submission to God for the success of this fellowship. A worship and sermon was conducted by Very Rev. Thomas Samuel which was refreshing and inspiring to the participants. He stressed the importance of dedication, obedience and dependence in God's mercy for the success of our life.

Rev. T.I. George the presidential address. An open discussion in which all participants were involved and the following proposals were made by the participants.

1. This fellowship must be conducted every year preferably in the middle of July.
2. It can be conducted at a picnic spot.
3. The local committee in co-ordination with CSI Church in Kuwait will initiate the future programs.

Proposals for the fellowship:

1. Missionary work like that of Charkari Mission fully sponsored by CSI Churches in Kuwait.
2. Help for Aids / Cancer patients
3. Help for the Poor and needy
4. Help for housing / marriage
5. Interactive Old age home.
6. Assistance in monitoring projects / other needs
7. Hospital development / assistance.

It was resolved to co-opt a minimum of 2 members who were from CSI Kuwait of other dioceses for this committee. Mr. Varghese Koshy proposed a vote of thanks and Rev. Sam Samuel concluded the meeting with prayers at 1.30 pm.
